Abstract:
Paralleling two or more projects in the same resource platform is called complex project management. If a company's business activities are carried out in the form of several parallel projects, multi-objective decision can be used to optimize the configuration of the similar resource. In order to research clearly and briefly, the enterprise resources in complex project management will be only defined as financial, marketing and production operation. To satisfy the specific resource structure proportion of the company, a model is built for optimizing the resources allocation according to the theory of complexity multi-objective decision and integer programming.
