In view of the features of designing first and producing posts, producing with small scale in the small and medium-sized ODM enterprise, it adopts the conversion process from design to product in the new production and it also introduces the method of PEMEA to do the analysis of the process of new products. In order to ensure the evaluation method meet the practical of the small and medium enterprises, it uses triangular fuzzy number and puts forward the comprehensive scoring method in the evaluation process of PFMEA. It proposed the sort order based on the grey relational analysis to solve the limitations in the traditional method of PFMEA to sort the RPN values. In the production processes, it uses the Lean SMED ideas to improve the process of new products. Through the above method, it aims to look for a kind of cost-effective new product introduction mode for small and medium ODM enterprises.
