Abstract: Construction contract bonding system plays an important role on risk management and credit management to guarantee the performance of a construction contract. At present, construction contract bonding system has still many problems in China. The operating system of the Construction contract bonding is still not mature, which still needs further improvement. This paper analyzes the mode implementation of the construction contract bonding system in theUnited Statesand other developed countries, which aims at find some revelations for the development of construction contract bonding system inChina, and then proposes measures to improve construction contract bonding system combined with the status and problems inChina.
