Abstract: |
This paper first analyzes the characteristics and function of the tender control price, as well as the mechanism of unbalanced bid, which lay the foundation for the owner using the tender control price against unbalanced bid. Then, this paper put forward advice to regulate unbalanced bid and identify key points according to the tender control price. At last it raises some feasible measure for owner to regulate unbalanced bid.
