Abstract: Integrated management is the development trend of construction project management. The application of integrated management to the life cycle is conducive to achieve the project cost optimization and project maximum benefit. This paper analyzes the status and problems about the integrated management from the perspective of whole life cycle of the construction and then proposes some recommendations to improve the integrated management of construction project in China.
