Sustainable construction has become one of the hottest research topics in the field of the construction management. How to imbue the idea and the principles of sustainable construction to the project delivery system is a key factor to promote the success of the sustainable construction practice. In this paper, at the angle of the sustainable construction value, the author will propose a method of lean sustainable construction value in the project level. Firstly, the paper will discuss the concept of the sustainable construction and its value. Then, the theory of lean value management will be introduced. Finally, a framework of leaning sustainable construction value will be proposed. The terminal aim of this article is to create the sustainable construction value and eliminate the wastes in the construction processes.
