Enterprise crisis occurs can not be unconditional, despite the foregoing the traditional rational basis to be reasonable, but are limited to the laws of rational orientation of the main reason or a resource-oriented rational local content, it must be in essence a rational level co-ordination of activities, enterprise risk management should have a rational basis for its particular. rational basis for corporate crisis management, it is necessary to the pursuit of enterprises based on the specific combination of internal resources and the output state of dynamic equilibrium and the market viability of the enterprise as part of its fundamental orientation.
