BP neural network learning model is to improve the accuracy of the system learning by using samples and the training of studying model. It automatically gives the weight factors of the core competitiveness of enterprises after selecting the results in accord with human error. The mode weight right more greatly increases the accuracy than the artificial value given can objectively evaluate the enterprise's core competitive. Based on the above reasons, this paper includes three dimensions, constructs a total of 13 indicators of core competitiveness evaluation index system, selects a sample of some enterprises in Liaoning, and uses artificial intelligence BP neural network model core competence evaluation from the perspective of sustainable development of enterprises,. Empirical results show that the index system is representative at the index level and dada selection, BP neural network model performance results are accurate, and the given right of factors affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises is accurate. It verifies that the evaluation system and evaluation method are reasonable and reliable.
