Abstract: Commercial banks to participate in the entire e-commerce .e-commerce is not only the core content of the course, but also a major problems which related to the commercial banks in their own survival with the development in the 21st century However, in practical application, there are many issues, especially the lack of a complete credit mechanism, bringing the dissatisfied of customers so that customers can not keep faith bank with the long- term. In this article, in accordance with this problem. Sum up China's banking credit the existence of e-commerce issues from the client on the network of no confidence in banks is starting to, then analysis of credit Internet banking on customer loyalty, and according the analysis which is based on the feasibility of solutions proposed to resolve the network of banks credit problems, improve the loyalty of customer.
