Abstract: |
The funding of our country’s university experiment teaching center comes mainly from the government financial allocation. Therefore, the government departments charging the budget allocation may draw lessons from the contract management system to achieve for the effective control and supervisive management of the university experiment teaching center through the contract and assessment system mechanism and make sure to produce greatest benefits of their input for science and technology.
