Abstract: |
Collaborative group decision-making is the internal demand of the integrated management of construction projects, and it also provides an effective solution to the problems such as low efficiency, excessive budget and quality safety accidents. This paper reviews the present research status of collaborative group decision-making of construction projects, redefines the term of “group decision-making” and at the same time puts forward the “expert weight determination method” based on the mutual evaluation among the leading decision-making members.
