With China's rapid economic growth and accelerating globalization, market opportunities for construction companies expand, while the risks also increase. Strengthening the risk prevention in project contracting and effectively controlling the cost, schedule and quality of construction project have a great significance in promoting sustained and healthy development for construction enterprises. This paper stages project risk prevention measures for construction enterprises from aspects of early decision-making, contract management, technological innovation and so on.
