Innovation is essential to the scientific development of the army. The innovation in the aspect of barracks management and services would make the barracks management keep up with the changes of military situation and meet the needs of modern barracks. The task and characteristics of barracks management, in present historical situation, require for the barracks managers to make efforts in barracks service, of which conception innovation is the precursor, method innovation is the actual approach, and quality innovation is the core, and diathesis innovation is the fundamentality.
