Abstract: In this article, the transaction cost theory was introduced firstly, and characteristics of transaction cost in the constructon industry are explained. Then analyse the key factors about the transaction cost of the construction project, find ways to reduce the cost of the construction project and increase the benefit of participation in the project parties.
