The development of site visa, considerations which must be satisfied and important links for attention of site visa are described in the paper. The existing problem of the changing cause for site visa, working contents involved, visa betimes and etc are summarized. According to the existing problem, the measures and methods of cost management about site visa are put forward, from the familiarity with contacts, strict control range of site visa, improving professional quality of site visa personnel, the necessary control measure, the complete visa procedure for concealed engineering, strictly guarding a pass for supervision engineering. Therefore, the standardization requirements of site visa are proposed, including the checking and determining changing contents and suggestions, engineering quantity order of changing visa, personnel of cost control, visa betimes and etc.
