To evaluate the competitiveness of China's high-tech industries, which contribute to identify and solve problems of our high-tech industry in different areas. In this paper, Based on the characteristics of high-tech industries and innovative mechanism and to refine indicators by factor analysis. According to, This paper analysis the competitive of more than 20 provinces and cities by cluster in nationwide high-tech industry, and find the gaps and shortcomings of high-tech industries in different regions of China, and propose targeted development strategy.
