As the new century is approaching, the enterprises in each country are all facing the challenges of global economic integration, information networking and so on. And the human resource management is the one that suffered the greatest impact from these challenges in the corporations, because the human has already be the most important factor determining the fate of the enterprises. The enterprise has no progress without innovation and change. The change of human resource management is the most important in all the changes of enterprise. We can take the change of human resource management as a project because it has the characteristics of unique and temporary like a project, so it can be done by the method of project management. In this paper, it is given particular explanation of how to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, close the change of human resource management through an empirical analysis. It is written from a new point that applying the advanced project management method to the change of human resource management. And make this paper more perspicuous and practical.
