Abstract: |
Overt discrimination has currently disappeared in recruitment and examination post, but hidden discrimination still exists. This paper has analyzed the cases of hidden discrimination events in the near years. It requires social progress and the continuous improvement of systems. The applicants are required to know and identify various hidden discrimination and improve candidate ability for fair rights.
