Abstract: |
The construction cost index from 1999 to 2008 inChinawas analyzed according to the project cost constitute firstly. It was found that construction and installation costs price index had been influenced by labor costs price index, material costs price index and mechanical costs price index, that construction and installation costs price index had been very consistent with the materials price index trends, almost completely overlap. After the applicable conditions, construction procedures and test methods of GM (1,1) model was briefly introduced, the GM (1,1) prediction model of the price index of the construction and installation costs, the labor costs, the material costs and the mechanical costs was established. The test of the model predictions and the simulation accuracy level are one, predicted results are reliable, so it able to accurately predict the price index of construction. Finally, the price index of the construction and installation costs, the labor costs, the material costs and the mechanical costs in 2009 and 2010 was predicted. It was found that the price of the construction and installation costs would be reduced more likely to occur slightly lower in 2009 and would be rose slightly more likely occurrence in 2010.
