Taking thirty-one regions in Chinaas the sample and choosing seven indicators representing their logistic capability, this paper establishes an index system for the evaluation of regional logistic capability. Then, in the light of exploratory factor analysis, it gives a comparative study of regional logistic capability of the 31 Chinese provincial regions. The result shows thatShandong,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Shanghai, andHenanmake the top five, andNingxia,Tibet,Qinghai,GansuandTianjinget into the bottom five in the logistic capability.
