Abstract: In some quality control charts, there are fuzzy and random variables. This paper introduce the concept of fuzzy and random variable. It will introduce expectations theory based on the demand of fuzzy and stochastic mode and do its X-bar and R control chart. The article establish a new model of quality control chart based on demand of fuzzy and stochastic mode.
