Abstract: In recent years, commodity house price in Wuhanhas continued to rise, and it has put much pressure on people’s lives. The study on the relationship between commercial house price and economic fundamentals helps to understand the causes of the rising housing prices, and helps to give the corresponding countermeasures. This paper has combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together by the dates about the real estate from 1992 to 2010, as while as the Double logarithmic model, to study the relationship between commercial house price and economic fundamentals inWuhan. The result tells us that the total population and year lending rate have an important role in affecting the commodity house price inWuhan. However, the main income of urban residents inWuhanand GDP are not the main factors. Based on the above study, this paper gives some recommendations to control policy of the government.
