Abstract: |
The coordination of construction project is very important. Division of labor and coordination is the basic functions of construction project organization. How to do coordination well in construction projects? We can use a simple means of interpersonal communication to coordinate with each other. And it is the most common coordination mechanism. In this paper the principles of the coordination are analyzed. The basic elements of the organization coordination include the coordination of the contract contents, interpersonal coordination, constraint relation coordination, the inner coordination, the key coordination, coordination of demand and supply, cooperation coordination and so on. The important part in this paper is the research on coordination in the construction phase. The coordination of supervisor units is also illustrated in this paper. It includes the goal of coordination of supervisors, coordination of inner relationship, coordination in construction phase, etc. In the end the existing problems and solutions in the coordination of construction project is raised.
