Abstract: |
The real estate price of Guanzhong cities fluctuate greatly in recent years. This article investigate the fluctuant mechanism of real estate price from the demand, supply and equilibrium price of commercial housing market, empirical, testing the data of 5 cities from 1998-2010 by setting up a fixed effects model. The number of city households, income of urban residents, land price and development of real estate are proved to be the main factors on influencing the real estate price of Guanzhong cities.
