Abstract: |
Now the talents cultivation of human resource management major in Chinese higher school does not meet requirements of application-style position enough. The cultivation model and course system are assimilated and short of characteristic. This paper points out that the thinking of application-style talents cultivation of human resource management major is clarifying major position and implementing dislocation competition. For this purpose, it is suitable to execute the whole course management of application-style talents cultivation on the one hand and reform teaching method by promoting project teaching on the other hand.
