Abstract: |
As the first line of defense to resolve labor disputes, the labor dispute mediation system plays a significant role in preventing the intensification of conflicts, reducing the incidence of litigation and maintaining and developing harmonious labor relations. This paper analyzed and summarized labor dispute mediation system of the United States,Japan,Germany,Franceand other countries from a comparative law point of view, combining withChina's current labor dispute mediation system, in the hope of combining the actual situation of our country and proposing experience which can be referenced to improveChina's labor dispute grass-roots mediation system.
