Abstract: The paper targets the individual needs of the elderly citizen on health, providing modern, reliable, low-cost, sharable hybrid supportive services to meet them. (1) Establish an efficient health need assessment of elderly people; (2) Develop enabling technologies to meet those needs; (3) Test the associated services in a controlled environment from where it could be scaled up to the rest of China.
