Abstract: Knowledge service is the fundamental of knowledge management. It is impossible to realize the high quality of knowledge service without the deep knowledge management. Therefore, it is necessary to study the preconditions of how to carry out the knowledge service. It discussed the realization mechanism of library knowledge services, with the content of building the mature knowledge management system, training the knowledge worker, building knowledge-based team organization, and establishing learning library. Only through the normal operation of the realization mechanism, it can provide some support to fulfill the knowledge service of library, in aspects of technology, human resources, organization structure and culture innovation.
