Abstract: |
According to the scientific methods of the social research, the influencing factors of subjective quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities were analyzed. Then, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), constructing the comprehensive evaluation system for teachers’ subjective quality of life in colleges and universities, and using software MATLAB to extract the weight of the various indicators and the consistency test. Finally, through the sample survey results of four colleges in Wenzhou, using of linear integrated assessment model, calculate the teachers’ subjective quality of life in these colleges, and then analyze the forming reason.
