as highly relevant to concepts such as creativity, intellectual property, cultural industry lays in the upstream of value chain system; there is much room for its development. Under the double trigger of national policy and stock market’s development, most cultural enterprises seek to be listed companies in recent years. Based on the value chain positioning, this paper initially build the financing mode in cultural industry from the perspective of financing channels.
