Abstract: |
The establishment of divorce damages system is a great progress made in China's new marriage law, it provides protection for legal rights and interests of the Parties in Marriage, as well as perfects the legislation system of Marital Law . In this paper, the legal characteristics, necessities, and constitutive elements of divorce damage compensation are investigated. Meanwhile, to perfect legal laws, protect the party, measures were presented in the paper.
