Abstract: |
The article constructs a theory model using variables of entrepreneurial orientation(EO), entrepreneurial environment and firm performance. The data come from questionnaires of 346 firms. Empirical results show that innovation and proactiveness has positive effect on firm performance. Risk-taking and firm performance is U-shaped curve relationship. The results also revealed the impact of entrepreneurial environment on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance, explored the role of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial environment in the mechanism of firm performance.
