Agile development is a iterative and gradual improvement method which look people as core, and its main advantage is adapt for requirement change quickly. But requirement change will bring some affects for design, coding, and test inevitability, and then affect product’s quality. According to requirement change, reasonably use QFD method will help to improve software quality, shorten iterative process, and improve user’s satisfaction. Based on simply introduce agile method and particularly research agile requirement analysis, bring forward the basic thinking that plan and control quality with QFD method in agile process, and briefly illuminate the basic procedure with example.
