Abstract: |
The manufacturing process of mechanical parts is multi-stage generally, a front process could influence the next process of the processing. The front process’s error might be re-mapped to the next process, and then become the source of the abnormal factors to next process, thereby affecting the stability of the next process. Since the impact of both mixed together, in order to take corrective measures we must distinguish between the two effects. Screw as the core components of recirculating-ball steering gear, which’s surface roughness is very difficult to control. In this paper, the two kinds of quality diagnosis theories is introduced to solve this difficulties, though use this theory, we can found a way to solve it.
