Abstract: Quality of service has become the core issue of higher education management, education service quality directly affects the level of the universities’ development and personnel training. The education services quality as a service to the students who choose education service production and sales is an important factor. This article will look higher education as a product, using the thinking of Total Quality Management, analyses the factors of affecting education service quality and puts forward the method to improve the education service quality based on the personalized education classification.
