Satellite TT&C and communications is a high-tech, high-risk area, and due to the payload user’s special requirements, we must ensure the security of our satellites in orbit. In our Satellite Control Center, we introduce the quality management theory of ‘Zero Defect’ and build a two-layer ‘Prevention Control System’, which based on the process model of zero defect operation system, implement the ‘U-Mi Zero Defect working method’, and ECR system, achieve whole process and comprehensive management of our work. Thus the TT&C and communications services provided by our Satellite Control Centertend to be ‘Zero Defect’. The test results in our Satellite Control Center demonstrate that the system can help organizations to identify and eliminate potential nonconformities and their causes, and effectively reduce the cost of quality.
