Abstract: |
Knowledge spillovers play a key role to promote innovation and Entrepreneurship, and discipline organization take three major functions which is knowledge transfer knowledge create and knowledge application. Based on knowledge spillovers theory, analysis the concept and characteristics of knowledge spillovers for discipline organization, then combining domestic and foreign literature with the knowledge producers perspective. Ultimate summarize the knowledge spillovers external factors, also itself and internal factors.
