Abstract: |
In the knowledge-based economy ages, knowledge has become the source of the hotels’ competitive advantages. As the rapid development of the information technology, E-learning has been the inexorable choice for the hotels’ knowledge training. To help E-learning training implementation in hotel, employees independent learning is “Driving Button” of the essential. This paper tries to find su for the effective promoting of employees independent learning from both theoretical and practical application research of hotels with the help of literature search, surveys and interviews with experts. Based on the current training system of hotels, this paper puts forward 7s promoting model of employees independent learning.
