According to the related scheme of pubic hospital reform state promulgated by council, public hospital will face the new situation of reorganization. In the era of knowledge economy, especially for intensive-Knowledge organizations, knowledge sharing is the key factor for Effective Operation of hospital group. Based on the characteristics of hospital knowledge, the factors of tacit knowledge-sharing of hospital will be discussed mainly and related suggestion will be put forward.
