It can not only deal with the contradictions between the continued growth in demand for educational resources and the lack of investment in education and the relative shortage of educational resources caused by college enrollment, but also enables the sharing of educational resources to enhance the utilization of high-quality educational resources, so more students can have the high-quality educational opportunities.
