More and more organizations have focused attention on the control of tacit knowledge which is as a source of possible competitive advantage, especially how to make tacit knowledge explicit. The article reviews the studies of tacit knowledge defines and tacit knowledge explicating. On the basis, the article attempts to outlook how to further study tacit knowledge explicating. It discusses that before we discuss tacit knowledge explicating, it’s necessary to further study tacit knowledge define and features, and cognitive psychology, especially distributed cognition, provides a new angle to further study tacit knowledge explicating.
