The innovation and development in agricultural industry cluster depend on its learning motivation. There are different learning styles for different types of agriculture industry clusters. For the different types of Marshall-type, wheel type, satellite platform and state-dependent strength of the cluster, the main learning styles are different, which including informal communication, relying on human resources, personal learning and mutually beneficial with win-win learning and so on. It is necessary to strengthen information-based construction, intensify efforts to promote agricultural science and technology extension and create culture in trust and innovation, to improve their learning motivation.
