Abstract: |
In recent years, the protection of convention and exhibition intellectual property is increasingly drawing attention of the public. Some relevant departments have had issued some normative documents about intellectual property protection, however, it’s not effective to solve the problems. The author strives to reveals these profound factors of intellectual property problems through investigating the condition of innovation and management of intellectual property of convention and exhibition industry, and then put forward some targeted measures.
