In our country, the ERP project implementation injects new vitality for small and medium-sized enterprises, but carries a high risk and make many small and medium-sized enterprises flinch. How to effectively prevent and control the implementation risk is one of the important research topics in the small and medium-sized enterprise information management field. Combining the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises ERP project implementation, this paper analyzed small and medium-sized enterprises ERP project implementation basic process, key activities, the main risks, and aimed at the small and medium-sized enterprises ERP project implementation risk characteristics in different stages put forward specific risk control strategy.
