Abstract: This paper firstly describes basic content of the financial early-warning system and points out its importance. Then it elaborates on the element and method to establish financial early-warning system, in addition describes the application of the financial early-warning method by empirical analysis. Finally this paper concludes problems that the current financial early-warning system should pay attention to.
