In recent years, listed companies by the outbreak of the public opinion in network events is augmenting, there is serious influence on the listed company. Constructing the listed company network early-warning index system of public opinion, the listed company according to network public opinion can react quickly warning, the crisis nipped in the bud. In order to realize a particular public opinion of the events of the warning , this article construct early-warning index system of the listed company network public opinion from the listed company network public opinion theme, Public opinion spread public opinion development four aspects.
