Abstract: at present, due to the impact of the financial crisis during recent years, small and medium enterprises in Chinahave got into trouble. Keeping an eye on analysis of operating leverage, this article analysis the reason of how operating risk come into being and what influence it. Also this article further explores how to run business risk warning to guard against operational risks actively.
