Abstract: Service etiquette is the basic quality requirement of service industry. This paper discusses the background and the importance of setting up the etiquette service standards of the international airport which provides kind of public service. The paper focuses mainly on the core content of etiquette standards, i.e. dress, appearance, accessories and grooming, makeup and hair dressing in the international airport service. The paper not only tries to set the standards of international airport service etiquette but also points out how to improve the service quality by staff appearance of international airport. The service etiquette plays a very important role for international airport in setting up the good image, improving brand image, enhancing the company's core competitiveness.
