Abstract: The debt crisis of European and USAhave adverse effects on small and medium-sized enterprises in China: Sharp decreases of orders directly threat to the survival of the small and medium enterprises. Appreciation of exchange rate of RMB weaken the commodities price competition advantage of medium and small enterprises in China, which makes the small and medium-sized enterprises’ profits decrease sharply. There are many difficulties in turnover of current fund, etc. There are a lot of problems in the risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, such as, small and medium-sized enterprises do not have risk management consciousness, risk management is relatively backward, the risk consequences are serious. Therefore, we should use appropriate methods to identify risk. Under the current circumstances, small and medium-sized enterprises should be especially concerned with bad debt risk, the risk of exchange rate, fundraising risk and cash flow risk, also should use the combining method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to assess risk, formulate the corresponding management strategies according to the different risk. In view of the above four kinds of risks, the main strategies are risk prevention, risk transference, risk aversion, and so on.
