Abstract: |
To construct a mechanism of Small-Medium Enterprises’Credit Guarantee (SMECG) is a way to mitigate the bottleneck for Small-Medium Enterprises’ financing. Risk prewarning mechanism is one of the core content of the risk management mechanism of the SMECG. This paper combs the existing literature on risk prewarning mechanism, put forward the principle of risk prewarning index as in the practice for guarantee institutions of risk measurement to provide feasible train of thought, methods and standards.
